This page is also available in

DARYA will support a pilot development of 5 multicountry qualifications in Central Asia. Consultations with the countries have already led to the identification of priority sectors for cooperation at regional level: tourism, construction, transport and logistics, agrifood, housing/utilities management, textile, e-commerce.

The event will provide an opportunity to learn about the existing methodologies to developing and using occupational standards at regional and national levels, as well as to discuss preferred approaches for the pilot.

Objectives of the event:

  1. To familiarise with the experience of Q4M and EQET SEE practices of developing common qualifications, related methodological approaches, and usage of final outputs by the countries,
  2. To learn about national approaches to developing and using occupational standards: countries of Central Asia, France (Afpa - National Agency for Adult Vocational Training of France),
  3. To exchange and collect views and inputs for the development of methodology to pilot multicountry qualifications in Central Asia
