This report presents cross‑country evidence on progress and trends in employment and labour priorities in UfM member states, based on a pilot monitoring exercise aligned with the 2019 UfM Ministerial Declaration.
It highlights key challenges such as unemployment, informality and skills mismatches, while identifying policy developments and priorities for action to support job creation, inclusive labour markets and skills development.
