Key indicators on education, skills and employment 2021
This paper presents the ETF’s Key Indicators on Education, Skills and Employment (KIESE), a set of internationally comparable statistics used to monitor developments in human capital across partner countries. It provides an overview of trends in education, skills and labour market outcomes, based on 2021 data, and highlights how indicators can support evidence-based policy-making, while acknowledging the limits of statistical analysis and the need for contextual interpretation.
