The Skills Ecosystem Engagement Toolkit is a practical guide developed by the European Training Foundation to help Centres of Vocational Excellence strengthen collaboration within their skills ecosystems.
It provides a structured three-phase approach that supports institutions in assessing their needs, identifying and prioritising stakeholders, and building sustainable partnerships based on shared value.
