This review of human resources development in Serbia focuses on the interplay
between education and training in a lifelong learning perspective and
employment. It also reflects on the importance of equal opportunities in
society for the quality of human capital development and takes into
consideration the inclusiveness of Serbia’s education, training and employment
systems.
