GRETA – Greening of vocational education and training: Processes, practices and policies
This report presents the GRETA initiative (Greening Responses to Excellence through Thematic Actions), which supports the greening of vocational education and training (VET) through peer learning, partnerships, and policy guidance.
It shows that the green and digital transitions require new skills and that VET systems must integrate sustainability across curricula, teaching, institutional strategies, and stakeholder cooperation.
The report highlights a “whole institution approach”, covering training, teachers, stakeholders, funding, and strategies, as key to embedding green skills and supporting a sustainable transition.
